General Terms: By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom Orders: Everything is custom-made and handcrafted all by the same person.
Premade items: Orders for premade items will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Custom Order Fulfillment: Custom rugs require a production time of 14-21 days. Please allow this time for crafting. You will receive updates throughout the production process. Custom Wallarts please allow 7-14 days 21 including shipping.
Privacy: I do NOT have access to your full payment information and will NOT share any of your personal details (such as your name or address) with anyone. Your privacy is important, and I appreciate your trust.
Shipping: Shipping times may vary based on your location and the specifics of your order. Please allow additional time for delivery once your custom or premade item has been completed and or shipped.
